Profile & Background

TK Services, Inc. (TKS) is an established leader in providing Janitorial and Custodial Services, Complete Facility Management (CFM), as well as Operations and Maintenance (O&M) to commercial, state, and federal government facilities since 1999. TKS is a Disadvantaged Small Business with certification on the GSA schedule, and is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council. Over the last 18 years, TKS has focused on leveraging environmentally sound business practices and strives to provide highly efficient facility management services on all of our contracts.

TKS provides a wide variety of cost effective services with a single goal of meeting our client's mission of environmentally friendly facility practices. We are committed to implementing practical, sustainable management methods on every project. Through the creation of Green Cleaning Plan for our Janitorial and Custodial customers or a Building Operations Plan to monitoring utility consumption, TKS provides a detailed analysis of current cleaning procedures and equipment management. TKS will make sound janitorial and custodial recommendations that can be implemented without any risk to the quality of facility services.
